I'm not a fan of this whole, "I'm only human, I make mistakes just like everybody else" deal-like substance which a lot of people tend to use/say when they get caught doing something bad or immoral. Tiger Woods is the latest example of course. Not all humans cheat and it's not easy to forgive someone for cheating but don't say this so that people can leave you alone or realise, "ah. he's right. let's forgive and forget." no, it's not that easy.
Tiger, I don't know you and I'm not anyone to judge or "forgive" you but you crossed the line. You have a beautiful family, you had a great career, you had a good reputation, what happened? Why did you do this? Selfish reasons maybe?
I don't know why people cheat. I don't think I will ever understand or even accept their "reasons" for cheating but I do know and believe it is very wrong, immoral, and possibly the worst thing you could ever do to anyone, especially someone who TRUSTS you, LOVES you, and RESPECTS you.
Whatever happened to good ol' fashioned LOVE? The world may never know. [I loved that Toostie Pop commercial!].
Moral of the story?
"I'm only human, I make mistakes just like everybody else" = bull shit!
